How Do I Track My Shipment?

 


You can track the progress of your order directly through the account that you set-up during check-out or with FedEx.com. Your tracking number will be e-mailed to you as soon as your prescription is filled.


Why Does Fed Ex Say My Order Isn't In Their System?

 


Your tracking number will be e-mailed to you as soon as your prescription is filled which is usually around 4:00pm EST. Your tracking number will not be Viewable in the Fed Ex System until Fed EX SCANS THE ORDER INTO THEIR SYSTEM. Which is usually after 8:00pm EST.

What Are Your Security Policies?

 


Our on-line ordering system uses the latest in Secure Encryption Technology. All personal and credit card information is submitted with the highest level of security and precautions. Our system also has safeguards in place to protect against credit card fraud. Individuals attempting the fraudulent use of a credit card will be reported.



What shipping methods are available?

 


FedEx Priority, FedEx 2nd Day Air and FedEx 3-Day Express are the three methods of shipping that we offer. The rates vary depending on the exact shipping destination.
Once the pharmacy has received your prescription, it will be filled and shipped typically within one business day. We will notify you if there is a problem with your order. When the pharmacy ships the order you will be able to view a FedEx tracking number on the by going to the Order Status page.

 

We are unable to ship orders to P.O. Boxes at this time. We must have an adult signature at time of delivery.

 

 

 

We do not ship outside of the US.

You may cancel your order before your order is shipped by calling 1-800-449-7753.

 

Do You Ship Orders Everyday?
We do not process prescription orders on weekends or holidays. If you place an order after
3:00 PM, the order will be sent to the pharmacy and shipped out the following day.

 

 

Can I Return My Medication For A Refund?

 


We are unable to accept returned prescription medications due to Federal Law.
